Goodwynns Easy, 30-Day Return Policy
At Goodwynns, we aim to provide a seamless return experience. Whether you're shopping in-store or online, we’ve got you covered with an easy 30-day return window. If your new, unused item doesn’t work out, return it for a full refund (less shipping charges, if applicable).

Return OptionsWithin the United States
Option 1: Ship Your Return
  • Use a Goodwynns Return Label: We offer return shipping labels for a small fee (excluding freight items). 
  • Ship on Your Own: You can ship your return using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include tracking for confirmation and package the item carefully to avoid damage in transit.
Option 2: Drop Off Your Return (Free!)
  • Products eligible for return can be brought to any U.S. Goodwynns store during business hours. No need to start a return online; our team will assist you in-store. Freight items cannot be returned in-store.
  • Please bring proof of purchase and all original packaging.

Outside the United States
Option 1: Ship Your Return
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders. Be sure to include all original packaging and carefully package the return to prevent damage in transit.
Option 2: Drop Off Your Return (Canadian Store Purchases Only)
  • Products purchased at Canadian Goodwynns stores can be returned at any Canadian location during normal business hours. Bring proof of purchase and all original packaging.

Return Policy Details
  • Items must be in their original retail packaging and include all tags, manuals, documentation, parts, and accessories.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Certain items are Final Sale and not eligible for returns:
    • Complete bicycles
    • Mounted skis
    • Helmets
    • Undergarments
    • Items discounted more than 20%
    • Special Orders
    • Apothecary, cookware, and drinkware items

Exchanges
Goodwynns does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
  1. Return your original purchase for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for your desired size, color, or style.

Refunds
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • If the original payment method is no longer valid, a Goodwynns gift card will be issued instead.

FAQs
What if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@goodwynns.com within 3 days of receipt. We’ll replace the item at no cost.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process after we receive your return. However, during peak times, processing may take longer.

What items are not eligible for returns?
Final Sale items include complete bicycles, mounted skis, helmets, undergarments, apothecary, cookware, drinkware, and items discounted more than 20%.

How do I submit a warranty claim?
We’re happy to assist with manufacturer warranty claims. For defective items, contact us at info@goodwynns.com.

Can I return multiple items in one box?
Yes! Bundle your returns into one shipment for an eco-friendly option. Be sure to include all original packaging for each item and confirm that each item is included in your return request.
