Our Black Pepper Cheddar is handcrafted on our family dairy farm using the fresh raw milk from our own herd. Using a traditional Cheddar recipe, we blend flavorful cracked black peppercorns into our fresh curds, resulting in a beautifully-aged, flavorful Cheddar. Fantastic in a mac n' cheese, grilled cheese, or on a burger (and of course, fantastic served just with crackers)! We lab-test every single batch of cheese for safety before selling it.
