Slug and Ant wanted to make a sauce with the main flavor focused on Maple syrup, an ode to growing up in Minnesota. I was definitely nervous going into this one, but if you know me, you know I love a challenge. When I began this collaboration with Slug and Ant, HAB was growing rapidly and I was making four to six batches a week of our other sauces to keep up with demand.
